PROJECT REPORT 2010
Team,
I'd like to present to all the outcome of our first fund-raising project (with me). Please view the document I included in the "files" section. We did proper validations before posting it to ensure accurate figures, thus appearing late. The excel file contains 4 sheets: the summary & 3 appendices. Please see for yourselves and let me know any clarification you might have.
We had a lot of learnings on this debut project. I'm telling you, running a concert is really easier said than done! But big thanks to those who cooperated, participated and committed themselves to run the show! Forthe batchmates (domestic location) that are still inactive, you're missing alot!
I'd like to take this opportunity to announce the recent addition to our leadership line-up. Che-che del Rosario will act as Asst. VP for Internal Affairs and Alex Casalme as Asst. VP for External Affairs. The addition of officer is due to the necessity to assist Jalen and Jing who are quite busy lately. Let's welcome the appointment ofthe two gentlemen.
Lastly, I'd like to inform everyone that we are planning to have 3 fund-raising concerts until June 2011. I saw the earning potential on hosting concerts provided it is conducted swiftly and prudent. And by utilizing every learnings gathered. I believe we can raise enough funds by June 2011. At this point, we arenow working on our next concert-project on May 29 (tentative). I already talked to one company who is also willing to sponsor the concert. Through the coordination of Rey Hayag, we've been able to request "Orange & Lemon Band" to reserve May 29 for us.
I'm calling all batchmates to help us on all our efforts. More power to all!
